Account Registration / Signup

To register a new InteractSMS account, please reach out to sales@phonovation.com to get started. The sales team will guide you through the setup process, which requires a direct debit customer account.

Information Required for Billing Profile

To create a billing profile, please provide the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • VAT Number
  • Company Registration Number
  • Contact Name and Email for Billing
  • BIC
  • IBAN

Additional Information Required for Account Setup

Please also supply the following details to sales@phonovation.com:

  • Company: The company that the new account is to be associated with (Optional).
  • First Name (Required): First name of the account holder.
  • Last Name (Required): Surname of the account holder.
  • E-mail (Required): Email address of the account holder. This email address will also be the account’s Username, required for logging in.
  • Mobile Number (Required): The mobile phone number of the account holder. This must be a valid mobile number as it will be used to authenticate the account. Only Irish and United Kingdom Mobile numbers are accepted for Signing up.
  • Promotional Code: If applicable, enter a promotional code to take advantage of any InteractSMS promotions (Optional).

Billing Information

You will only be charged for what you use, and billing occurs once a month.

Once this information is provided, you will receive a direct debit mandate form to complete. After the direct debit is set up, the sales team will issue you your account details.

To get started, simply visit https://secure.interactsms.com/Register.aspx and complete the signup form. The registration process is straightforward and user-friendly, guiding you step-by-step to ensure all necessary information is captured accurately.

Upon successful registration, you will receive 25 free credits to explore and test our services. This is an excellent opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with the platform and its features without any financial commitment. During this trial period, you will have access to the Sendername "Freetext," allowing you to send messages and experience the capabilities of InteractSMS first-hand.

Once you have utilized your 25 free credits, you will be prompted to contact our sales team at sales@phonovation.com to establish the direct debit billing setup as outlined above. This step is essential for transitioning from the trial phase to a fully operational account, ensuring that you can continue to enjoy our services without interruption. Our sales team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during this process, making it easy for you to manage your account as you scale your messaging needs.
