Campaign Set Up

To send a campaign, select Campaign Set Up from the left navigation panel.

There are three options available when sending a campaign:

  1. Send to a New File:

    • Description: This option allows users to send an SMS campaign to contacts from a Microsoft Excel© file.
    • Basic Files: Contain only the mobile numbers of contacts.
    • Advanced Files: May contain the message text to be sent to contacts and/or the scheduled dates and times to send messages.
    • Note: New files can be saved to use as saved lists.

  2. Send to One Mobile Number:

    • Description: This option allows users to send a message to a single mobile number.

  3. Send to a Saved List:

    • Description: This option allows users to send an SMS campaign to a saved list of contacts.
    • Basic Lists: Contain only the mobile numbers of contacts.
    • Advanced Lists: Can contain any relevant information relating to your contacts.
    • Filters: Unlike sending to a new file, sending to a saved list can use Filters to send to a segment of a saved list. For more information, please refer to the sections on Filters.

By utilizing these options, users can efficiently manage and execute their SMS campaigns to reach their intended audience effectively.
