Choose the Right Sender ID Setup

Select the Sender ID option that matches how and where your organisation sends SMS messages.

During account verification, choose one Sender ID setup. This tells Phonovation how your account should be configured for sending.

Register a new Sender ID for me

Choose this when you need Phonovation to complete ComReg Sender ID registration for your organisation. You can request up to five Sender IDs. Each must be 3 to 11 characters long, include at least three letters, and be clearly linked to your organisation, brand, trademark, or service.

Already registered with ComReg

Choose this when your Sender IDs are already registered with ComReg and Phonovation has been set as the authorised participating aggregator.

International sending only

Choose this when you only send messages to recipients outside Ireland. You still provide the Sender IDs you intend to use, but the additional Sender ID registration details are not required in the form.

I do not want a Sender ID

Choose this when you do not want to request a new Sender ID. No Sender ID request is collected through the form.
