# AI hub
## AI hub is a collection of Generative AI tools you can plug into chatbots: assistants that answer from your documents, intent detection, multimedia FAQs, custom prompts and analytics.
AI hub is a collection of Generative AI tools you can plug into chatbots: assistants that answer from your documents, intent detection, multimedia FAQs, custom prompts and analytics.
**AI assistant**Retrieval-augmented answers from your own documents.
**Intent detection**Route messages to the right chatbot flow.
**Multimedia FAQ**FAQ answers with images and media.
**Custom prompt**Process, generate or extract data with your instructions.
## Tools

| AI assistant (Early Access) | Searches your uploaded documents, finds the best passages and uses an LLM to compose an answer within your instructions. |
| GenAI intent detection | Classifies the customer's message so a chatbot can route it. |
| Multimedia FAQ | Reusable FAQ sets with rich media. |
| GenAI custom prompt | Free-form LLM step for summarising, classifying or extracting parameters. |
| AI gamification | Playful lead-capture experiences. |
| AI analytics | Test the assistant and review real traffic to improve it. |
