Support Text Prompts and Videos

The InteractSMS user interface provides support text prompts and support videos to help explain individual functions and features.

Support Text Prompts

Support text prompts are available for all fields in the Campaign Setup section. To view a support text prompt, simply hover your mouse over the field. This will display a text box explaining what is required for that field. Additionally, some popup menus include support text. Wherever the ℹ sign is displayed, hover your mouse over it to see the support text.

Support Videos

Support videos are available for certain InteractSMS features. When a support video is available, it will be displayed as a link beside the relevant feature. For example:

  • Show me how to use smart tags with a new file: A link will be available beside this feature to access the support video.

In each section of this user guide where a support video is available, a text box similar to the one below will be displayed:

By utilizing these support text prompts and videos, users can gain a better understanding of how to use various features and functions within the InteractSMS interface effectively.
