Verify Your Account and Top Up by Card

Submit your account verification details, choose a Sender ID setup, and top up your SMS credits by card.

Before you top up

Prepaid accounts must submit the verification form in Account Top Up. This creates or updates your account record and records the Sender ID setup you need.

Submit the verification form

  1. Open Account Top Up from the portal.
  2. Choose your Sender ID setup.
  3. Complete the required address, country, company information, and contact details.
  4. Select Submit.

Some details are not required when you choose International sending only or I do not want a Sender ID. Your address, country, and company-information selection are still required.

Top up by card

After you submit the verification form, the available credit bundles are displayed. Select Top Up beside the bundle you want, then complete the secure card checkout.

You can top up immediately after submitting the form. Phonovation reviews your details afterwards and will contact you if a correction is needed.

If the verification form is rejected, correct the requested details and submit it again. Contact support@phonovation.com if you need help.
