Getting Started with Your New Phonovation Account

Activate your account, understand your free credits and temporary long code, then take the next steps to keep sending.

Activate your account

  1. Complete the registration form with your organisation and contact details.
  2. Enter the five-digit activation code sent to your mobile number.
  3. Set your password and select Activate Free Account.
  4. Read and accept the terms and conditions to enter the portal.

What is included

New accounts receive 25 free SMS credits and a temporary shared long code. You can start sending straight away during the first five days.

The temporary long code does not support replies. It is only available for five days from sign-up.

What to do next

  1. Open Account Top Up and submit the verification form.
  2. Choose the Sender ID setup that applies to your organisation.
  3. Top up your account by card after submitting the form.
